Easy to Use

Mobile Invoicer is a fairly intuitive application. Using it is natural. You create an invoice and either run the charge immediately or send the invoice to your customer.

Set up is not too tough either. You can use Authorizenet, Google Checkout and PayPal. One, two or all three. To customize your invoice header and footer, you can use text or upload a company logo or header image. Your choice.

It will take a lttle bit of effort to enter your info for each payment processor and fill in your company info but once you're set up, that's it, you're ready to charge.

Charge Credit Cards on Your Phone

You can run secure transactions on your phone from anywhere you have a good signal. On top of that, so can your customers. When you send an invoice to a customer, they can use their smartpphone to pay the invoice. If they do not have a smartphone, they can pay the old fashioned way on the web.

No Credit Cards Needed for Customers to Pay

Even if your customer does not have a credit card, or does not want to use one, they can pay with their Google Checkout or PayPal account. They simply logon and hit "Purchase". No credit card needed!

No Technical Knowledge Required

You need to be able to spell fairly well and be able to use your phone's keyboard. In this case, being all thumbs may be an advantage. Have you seen those kids text?! It's amazing. However, hunt and peck works fine.

As mentioned earlier, it's simple to use and you do not need to know any computer language.

Customize Header & Footer with Your Company Info

When your customers use the Invoicer on your phone or theirs, they will see your company info and, if you want, your company logo or custom header graphic. The application is branded for your company not ours.

Create and Email (or text) Invoices from Your Phone

If your customer is not present or would like to pay later but be billed now, you can set that up on Mobile Invoicer. For customers that want an invoice sent, you can send the invoice link in an email or text message. Once they click the link, they can pay on their smartphone or on the web from their computer.

Customers Pay on their Phone or the Web

Even if your customer does not have a smartphone, they can pay on the web. They do not need an account and they do not need to sign up with Mobile Invoicer. They simply click the link you send them, view the invoice and pay it with their credit card. Easy and convenient.

Set Up a Schedule to Email Payment Reminders

Once you finish an invoice, you can set up a regular reminder service that will send messages through email on a regular basis letting your customer know that the invoice is past due. Once the customer pays, the reminders automatically stop.

Your Customers Do Not Need an Account to Pay

Secure Transactions

Mobile payments are very secure. Compared with the security of people paying from their computer with a wireless connection, especially in a public place, this is much more secure even in public. You do not share your phone connection with anyone and phone connections are by their nature more secure than most internet connections. You can feel safe transacting business anywhere.

No Credit Card Information Stored

All transactions go through the payment processors. Your phone does not store any credit card information. This makes for a very secure transaction and a trust relationship with your customers.
